It's an interesting product, calculate the waist size with your waist measurement, it doesn't need to be the largest because you can only wear it over your waist anyway, otherwise it will fall down to the hips. it takes time to get used to moving so it doesn't fall off... it grinds the plastic smoothly with the circular grinder... don't put sand in the bucket, I filled it with coins.
I never leave reviews, but I absolutely loved this product!! Yes, it makes you sweat, only the measurements are larger... it's too big for me but it doesn't matter, I'm amazed!! THANK YOU
