These are pretty good for giving a bit of heat to a painful knee. They are very thin, so they don’t inhibit movement.

The pain relief patch does exactly what its specifically designed for. It's super easy to wear, very thin so you can wear it under any trousers, tops etc... but gives you the confidence knowing your joints are being supported. The warmth you feel from the patch relaxes the whole area around my problem knee. Would definitely recommend giving these a try!
They work well. The only problem I have is trying to get the patches off the backing paper.

My Experience: First I ordered and paid for 80 patches. Then I received 60 - with no explanation at all why my order was short changed! I had to search to tray to chase the outstanding 20. Finally you sent them. WHY, did I have to chase the 20? My initial thought: I have been cheated. But finally after unnecessary effort I got them. It has not been a good experience at all. Makes me ask myself: why but from this source again?
