Heats well. I know it’s compact but it could be just a little wider to get to all those back muscles better. It does the job though. Gets nice & hot on top temp setting - just the way I like it.

Love how hot it is and, unlike microwave heat packs, it’s constant heat and stays hot. It’s soft and comfortable great for snuggling on the couch. My controller is different to that pictured.
